Set Your Out of Office and Go
Just when many people are settling in for the long, cold winter, you can do something a bit daring and put your out of office on at work for all of your incoming calls and emails. Let them know that you’re taking a short holiday, then book your hotels and be on your way. The freewheeling feeling of heading out for a holiday during a nontraditional time of year is really exhilarating; your trip will be that much more memorable and stick out in your mind a lot longer, simply due to the fact that it’s off-season travel.
